CORSAIR HX1000i MODULAR iCUE POWER SUPPLY
The Corsair HX1000i is a 80 PLUS Platinum Fully Modular Ultra-Low Noise ATX Digital Power Supply (Triple EPS12V Connectors) with a 140mm Fluid Dynamic Bearing Fan.
Perhaps one of my favorite features of this and several other Corsair fans is the Zero RPM mode where the fan shuts down completely when it is not needed.
Checking Amazon, we can find the HX1000i priced at $219 and we don’t rely on Amazon reviews much but this item has over 7000 reviews with a solid 5/5 rating.
ZOTAC GAMING GEFORCE RTX 3080 TRINITY OC WHITE GPU
Without a doubt, one of the highlights of this Test Bench just has to be our Zotac RTX 3080 Trinity OC Graphics Card both for its looks and functionality.
The Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 3080 Trinity OC is a PCIe 4.0 x16 10GB GDDR6X graphics card with a Engine Clock Boost of 1740MHz and a memory clock of 19Gbps. It has HDCP 2.3 support, fully capable of supporting a quad display system, has 320W power consumption and has a 2 x 8-pin power assignment.
Its display outputs consist of 3 x Display Port 1.4a (Up to 7680×4320@60Hz) and HDMI 2.1 capable of same with a ultra high speed HDMI cable. A 750W PSU is recommended for this card, it has IceStorm 2.0 cooling and it’s supported OS is Windows 10 64-Bit (build 2004 or later).
While our CPU score and FPS has improved since the Z790 Test bench Review with the same GPU, our Graphics and Overall score has dropped. We saw similar below with Passmark 2D/3D Graphics Testing.
Checking Amazon, the ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 3080 Trinity OC White Edition GPU can be found for $799 which is a significant drop than what we saw this at less than a year ago.
CORSAIR iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX RGB LIQUID CPU COOLER
We have relied completely on Corsair Liquid CPU coolers since the beginning of time it seems. There is a reason. They just work and are as silent as can be. We have never had an issue with respect to reliability as well.
The iCUE Link Titan 360 RX RGB is a 360mm radiator with the RX120 RGB fans attached. This unit comes with the iCUE System hub just in case you need one, along with short and long cables for connecting the fans in a daisy chain.
