Memoright, well known for military and high-end industrial storage, is using Computex 2013 to announce several new products. They will be offering a wide array of SATAIII industrial storage devices, including ultra-high speed PCIe SSDs, 1.8″ and 2.5″ form factor SSDs, mSATA, SATA DOM and CFast devices to serve ever-increasing demand for all types of SSDs.
Memoright has crafted a solid reputation in military and high-end industrial storage systems with SSD products that feature high reliability, stability, and enhanced lifespans. Memoright SSDs have found homes in major American and European industrial and military servers; and also in rail transport, aviation and marine applications. Memoright military-spec SSDs are even used by digital image-processing devices used by major film companies.
Utilizing the latest 19nm flash technology process allows Memoright to offer many capacity options and form factors of embedded storage devices and SSDs. Memoright’s XTM series is now available with either MLC or TLC flash memory. Both versions utilize Memoright proprietary Endurance Write firmware to enhance lifespan, stability and performance.
Memoright’s XTM SSDs are available in capacities of 128GB / 256GB / 512GB in an ultra-thin 2.5″ X 7mm form factor. Sequential read / write speeds are stated as exceeding 540 MB/s and 450 MB/s, respectively. Random read/write IOPS are stated as exceeding 80,000 IOPS. The Memoright XTM series also supports TRIM commands to avoid performance degradation over time.
Memoright is also announcing a new ultra-high speed PCIe SSD for the new generation M.2 (NGFF) interface. The NF8-830 SSD features a new PCIe controller that supports native PCIe Gen2X2 applications and 19/20nm process flash memory. It is available in 128GB / 256GB / 512GB capacities and comes in a 22mm X 80mm form factor. Sequential read/write speeds are stated as 750 MB/s and 550 MB/s respectively, which surpasses SATAIII performance limitations.
Memoright’s N4-660 is an M.2 (NGFF) SSD that utilizes the SATAIII 6GB/s interface, and comes in a smaller 22mm X 42mm form factor. With sequential read/write speeds of 400 MB/s and 90 MB/s, this SSD provides a balance between cost and performance. The N4-660 is available in 32GB and 64GB capacities.
These and other Memoright offerings can be viewed at Computex 2013 in Taiwan from 6/4 through 6/8. Memoright will occupy booth #K0409a.
