Now in its 36th year, the annual Electronic Products’ “Product of the Year” Awards recognize the best products introduced into the market in the past year. The editors of Electronic Products, aleading trade publication for electronic design engineers, evaluated thousands of products launched in 2011. The winning products were selected on the basis of innovative design, significant advancement in technology or application, and substantial achievement in price and performance.
The second-generation LSI SandForce SF-2200 is demonstrating success in the rapidly growing flash storage and SSD processor market space by combining enterprise-class performance and endurance features with low power consumption for cost-sensitive enthusiast and client computing environments.
