While inside the facility, everything is very clean and sterile. Void of this environment could mean compromise when building flash products:
We did get a rather close look at the production of ADATA’s flash drives and some great shots:
We were able to grab this one shot of ADATA’s SSD production flowchart; I hope it is ok to publish…
Once the tour was complete, it was back to the classroom before a bit of sightseeing:
After the ADATA factory tour was complete, we visited the ancient water town of Zhouzhuang (Kunshan), China which dates back as far as 476 BC. This incredibly historic town, even in the rain, made for some great shots!
To visit China wasn’t something we ever expected, or even anticipated as being on any type of a bucket list. Looking back to the experience, it is now one that both Karen and I have been fortunate to experience through ADATA. From all here at Essentially Tech Media, our sincere thanks to the ADATA family for the incredible hospitality and friendships made.
Oh and last but not least… this young lady… It took some work but we got her to smile for the shot!
great stuff! how was the “tumble” testing?!
