Looks like this will be a good season for SSD makers, as the entry level HDD pricing is already entering the SSD pricing territory.
To give an idea, here in Ireland, the cheapest 3.5" desktop HDD in stock I came across is a Samsung 160GB 7200RPM for €82. The cheapest 60GB+ SSD is an OCZ Vertex Plus for €69.
The SSD has less capacity, but if you're a PC builder and are looking for the cheapest storage option to keep your PC price low, the 60GB SSD wins on pricing, plus I'm sure the SSD itself will make an attractive selling point also.
